By accessing or using Almond Dad ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
Almond Dad is an AI-powered meal planning service for children aged 6 months to 7 years. The Service generates personalized weekly meal plans based on your child's age, dietary preferences, and allergies. Meal plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
Subscription Terms
The Service costs $6 USD per month. New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue generating meal plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Billing & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly after your free trial ends. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion for service issues. To manage your billing or cancel, visit your subscription settings.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information in your child's profile, including allergies, dietary restrictions, and age. While we validate meal plans against known allergens and safety rules, you should always verify meal suitability for your child. For medical or allergy concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Intellectual Property
Meal plans generated by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit generated meal plans or any other content from the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is not medical or nutritional advice. Meal suggestions are AI-generated and validated against known safety rules, but they are not reviewed by a dietitian or medical professional. We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health outcomes. Always verify ingredients with your child's healthcare provider, especially for children with known allergies or medical conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almond Dad and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
